BENEFITS MINI APP PILOT PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Program Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Benefits Mini App and the receipt and redemption of credits and benefits offered through the Benefits Program (the “Program”), operated by Tools for Humanity Corporation (“TFH”). In some countries, the Program and Mini App are labeled as “Human Rewards” rather than “Benefits”.
By accessing or using the Benefits Mini App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and theTools for Humanity User Terms and Conditions(“User Terms”), as may be amended from time to time.
- 1.1The Program allows eligible participants (“Participants”) to receive virtual credits and redeem these for benefits (“Benefits”) at select retailers and service providers.
- 1.2The Program will initially run as a limited pilot, starting 07 January 2026, in certain countries only, as determined by TFH in its sole discretion.
- 1.3There is no guarantee the Program will continue, nor that any future program will follow these same terms. TFH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
2. Eligibility
Where available, the Program offers Participants who verify their World ID at an Orb the opportunity to claim Benefits.- 2.1Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- 2.2Participants must not be residents of, or ordinarily located in, jurisdictions subject to applicable trade sanctions or export controls.
- 2.3Participants must visit an Orb and successfully verify their World ID during the pilot period.
- 2.4TFH reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these Benefits Terms, the User Terms, or engages in fraud, abuse, or attempts to circumvent Program limitations.
3. Program Structure
Participants will be invited via World App to access the Benefits Mini App within the World Mini App ecosystem.- 3.1Participants will receive four (4) credits, which will be issued and made available on a staged basis beginning from the date of the successful verification at an Orb (“Verification Date”), as follows:
- 3.1.1Two (2) credits will be available for use from the Verification Date.
- 3.1.2One (1) additional credit will be available in the second month following the Verification Date.
- 3.1.3One (1) additional credit will be available in the third month following the Verification Date.
- 3.2Credits may be activated to obtain a voucher code that can be redeemed at select retailers and service providers.
- 3.3The number of credits required to activate a particular benefit may vary, and is determined by TFH in its sole discretion. Credits have no cash value.
- 3.4Unused credits will expire six (6) months from the date the credit is first made available to the Participant (“Issue Date”).
- 3.5Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents. Credits are promotional in nature, are not property, and do not confer any vested rights.
- 3.6The availability and use of voucher codes is subject to the terms and conditions of the voucher code issuer and the retailer or service provider.
4. No affiliation
The Program is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the voucher code issuer or any of the retailers or service providers to which benefits are made accessible. TFH is not responsible for the products or services provided by third parties, including fulfillment, quality, safety, or compliance with applicable laws. TFH does not guarantee the availability or acceptance of any voucher code.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TFH and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Program, without limitation, loss of benefits, inability to redeem credits, third-party actions, technical failures, or Program modification or termination. Nothing in these Benefits Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, the Program and any associated benefits are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
6. General
This Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Benefits Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
TFH's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
